These routines are great for toning your muscles and giving you a firm ripped look. Most of these routines are high rep full body workouts. This means that during each workout you will train your entire body. This style of training is great for raising your heart rate and burning extra fat while training your muscles.

    This workout is 3 days a week and will strengthen and tone your muscles without bulking you up. This routine goes well with a cardio workout on your off days. Remember to stretch before you do this or any workout!

  • CBB Cutting Routine

    Following the CBB Cutting Routine is great if you are ready to cut down and lose some fat while maintaining your muscle. The workout is broken down into a 4 day split with rest days on Wednesday and the weekends.
