This BMR Calculator is a great tool for accurately finding out how many calories your body needs on a daily basis. After figuring out your BMR you can multiply that number by your corresponding activity level and figure out home many calories you should be consuming a day!

This chart allows you to calculate your estimated one rep max for bench press. The chart projects an estimated maximum lift for you without having to actually do it. This chart will give you a good indication of what you are actually capable of!

Using this blank workout chart you can easily & accurately track your performance week to week. Without a workout chart it is easy to convince yourself that you are getting stronger when really you may not be making any improvements at all.
